On Wednesday, March 3, we will discuss Agile and ITIL and how to unite process thinking, based on the control and predictability of ITIL, with the Agile philosophy of self-management. Niels Dimmers, scrum master at the Belastingdienst, came up with and implemented a solution for this during his previous work experience as scrum master within Service Management at Rabobank.
