During this session we will discuss Scaling frameworks. We will be taken through Evides' Agile transition and the motivation behind the chosen scaling framework. A number of elements of the framework have already landed well and are clearly adding value, but there are also a number of bottlenecks and challenges they are facing within the water company.
After the presentation, we will work together using an interactive work format to identify which member is applying which scaling framework and why. We will also discuss success factors and challenges in order to inspire and help each other.
