CIO Call - The role of digital leaders in the post pandemic

For our first CIO Call of 2022, we have Adjiedj
Bakas as guest speaker , one of the most requested
speakers, visionaries and trendwatcher of the nation
(NRC). His motto is "Headwinds cause a
kite comes up.' We live in an age of
chaos, in Greek a movement from nothing,
that tremendously stimulates innovation and progress.
Who would have ever thought that in 2020, in a very short period of time, we would be
have given everyone a digital workplace? The
new works, which were preceded by years of meeting
has gone, due to the crisis, was a reality in no time. Hybrid
working seems to be becoming the standard norm.
Our organizations are becoming increasingly digital in
services, further automation and
robotization of standardized processes,
mean a huge transition in the organizations and the
