RPA - Hyper Automation

ABN AMRO has entered the RPA space in 2017, and has since then leveraged the power of Robotics. Now ABN AMRO is embarking on the next phase in digital transformation: Hyperautomation. Hyperautomation refers to the use of advanced technologies, like artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and robotic process automation (RPA), to automate tasks that were once completed by humans. Hyperautomation not only refers to the tasks and processes. In this session Head of Robotics, RADD & BPM will share the journey of ABN AMRO with Robotics (RPA), from the first robot to a scalable model. Next to that he will talking about taking that first step into Hyperautomation.
