Damen Shipyards will share how they are working towards a so-called “agentic organization”, where systems collaborate more intelligently and processes can operate more autonomously.
In addition, the session will discuss how to practically implement these technological changes within an Agile way of working, for example through the right team structure, governance, and architectural choices. The afternoon will conclude with a tour of the Damen shipyard in Gorinchem.
