We are excited to have you join us. By sharing your own experiences, tips, and best practices, this session will be a valuable opportunity to learn and grow together with your peers.

In this session, we will address the challenges of IT architecture in a large-scale agile environment. Many organizations work with dozens of DevOps teams within frameworks such as SAFe. Architects support these teams by translating architectural decisions into actionable stories that guide delivery. The central question: how do you ensure governance provides clarity and alignment without slowing teams down?

Shell, Damen Shipyards  and Schiphol Group will share their experiences and insights on:

• How governance frameworks can strengthen agility rather than create bureaucracy.
• Which mechanisms enable effective decision-making across many teams while preserving autonomy.
• How IT, often working in a network structure, can collaborate successfully with departments that follow more traditional, hierarchical approaches.

Alongside the presentations, there will be time for discussion, exchanging experiences, and co-creating solutions.
