The final weeks of the year are a great time to reflect on what we've accomplished together and look ahead to what 2026 will bring. This year, we created valuable encounters with our members, inspiring conversations, and new insights that truly resonate.
In this update, we reflect on the activities of the past period and look ahead to what's on the agenda soon. In 2026, we'll continue to do what we stand for: focus on content, connecting, deepening, and exchanging.
Traditionally, we close the year in December with a tour of the organizations to Community Officers to thank. In the December update, we'll give you a glimpse into these special moments.

Highlights from recent sessions and developments
- The human face of AI – A session on how to use AI for employee development, including the key considerations and risks. Insightful insights were shared on using various forms of AI avatars during job interviews.
- Data-driven work is people work In collaboration with UWV, we held a successful session on November 11th, full of stimulating insights into how data-driven work is being implemented in HRM.
- IT Circle Agile Safari – Together with dozens of professionals from various organizations, we gathered on November 17th with the same drive: to discover how we can make Agile working even smarter, simpler, and more people-oriented.
