Highlights from recent sessions and developments
- ITSM series from 'must' to 'want', the true value of the CMDB – During this session, it was discussed how organizations derive more value from their CMDB. The key message: a successful CMDB revolves around clear ownership, uniform definitions, and clear agreements.
- Service Desk Communication 360° – People, Processes & AI – The role of communication within IT was central to this knowledge session. The session took place at Rabobank in an open atmosphere, with ample room for interaction, practical examples, and valuable discussions. Direct impact to take back to your organization.
- International Product Owner Day 2026 – On May 11, Product Owners from various organizations came together. A day full of inspiration, knowledge sharing, and networking. With a program consisting of keynotes, PO Talks, and interactive workshops, there was ample opportunity to gain new insights and exchange experiences with peers.
