Highlights from recent sessions and developments
- Kick-off Leadership Series IT Circle Netherlands – During our first leadership meeting at Schiphol Group, sharing experiences took center stage. No long presentations, but real conversations: peers discussing their practices, putting dilemmas on the table, and searching together for what works.
- Change Management as a Competitive Differentiator – We had an inspiring session hosted by Joren Scharn from Rabobank. Joren, Head of Strategy at the Chief Innovation & Technology Office, shared his extensive international experience in developing strategies that bring about real change.
- Discover the future of work – The future of work seems clear: AI is taking over jobs, automating simple tasks, and changes are gradual. But is that picture actually accurate? During the event, that picture was thoroughly challenged. Our way of thinking was challenged, and a practical translation into skills was made. This led to valuable conversations.
- The reality of enterprise UX at Schiphol – UX is indispensable in large organizations, but Enterprise UX brings unique challenges: various systems, user groups, legacy, design systems, and strategic pressure. During the session with Joel Laumans from Schiphol Group, we discussed how to organize UX sustainably and scalably.
