Highlights from recent sessions and developments

  • Vibe Coding with AI – faster from idea to solution – During this session, we discovered how AI and vibecoding help IT Ops move faster from idea to working solution. Jordy Bax and Mark Nieuwenhuizen from Evides demonstrated how to directly convert AI ideas into working solutions.
  • UX & Product Owner Safari at Schiphol Group – Participants were given a unique behind-the-scenes look at Schiphol Group. Using practical examples, it became clear how data, forecasting, and collaboration contribute to organizing processes more intelligently and improving the traveler experience.
  • The journey of SPP (Strategic Workforce Planning) at UWV – Daniëlle Kleijn and Evelien Sanou from UWV took the participants through how UWV uses the SPP during an inspiring roundtable discussion.
  • Management Assistants event: 'The power behind leadership' – This year, too, the Management Assistants from our affiliated organizations gathered again for an inspiring day. The day began in a creative and energetic way with a musical kick-off. Afterwards, we got to work during an interactive LEGO workshop, in which we brought our vision of the role of the Management Assistant in five years to life.
