Highlights from recent sessions and developments
- Product Owner Meetup: Stakeholder management During the session, we discussed the role of the Product Owner, stakeholder engagement, and the importance of transparency and a clear roadmap. We explored various propositions to gain new insights.
- The impact of employee networks within your organization – During this session, UWV shared their experiences with Unlimited@UWV Shared, the network for colleagues with disabilities, neurodivergent brains, and/or chronic illnesses. Participants were informed about the approach and lessons learned regarding diversity and inclusion.
- In the shoes of the Behavioral Changer During this interactive workshop at the Police Department, participants briefly stepped into the role of behavioral change agents. They put evidence-based methodologies to work, and participants left with a completely different perspective on their own work and/or issues.
- Experience PI planning: on a KPE safari at the Police! The Dutch Police has opened the PI Planning event to IT Circle members, providing insight into the Innovative Registration Program (PVR). Participants saw how teams, stakeholders, and management collaborate within SAFe, determine priorities, and resolve dependencies. The key components of the Quarterly Planning Event were also explained in more detail.
