Highlights from recent sessions and developments
- RPA & AI Moving Together – During this session, we explored how organizations are making the transition from standalone RPA initiatives to scalable and future-proof automation, with an increasingly important role for AI. The key lesson: success lies not in the technology itself, but in how you organize and embed it within your organization.
- Functional Management in the AI Age – During this session, we delved into the impact of AI on functional management and what this means for the role of management organizations. Without proper monitoring and validation, AI can make errors undetected, with major consequences. Functional management plays a crucial role in this by identifying, interpreting, and correcting.
- Workshop: Expedition Agility – During the “Expedition Agility” workshop, Els Verkaik from Schiphol Group guided participants in making themselves and organizations more agile. We worked on practical case studies and brainstormed in small teams.
- Navigate to Quantum Safety – Lean, Mean and Result-oriented – During this interactive C-level session, the impact of the rise of quantum computers on digital security was the central focus. Helena van de Bovenkamp and Petra Wevers of the Tax and Customs Administration shared their vision on the quantum threat and outlined the concrete risks for organizations.
