Do you notice the change in consumer payment methods? Recently cash usage has been in decline, accelerated by the pandemic and new innovations. Research from DNB has shown that 8 out of 10 Dutch consumers prefer to pay electronically at the point of sale (DNB and Dutch Payment Association).
Shell would like to take you on their journey toward cashless in Shell Retail and learn from your organizations' approach to the payment journey. After an introduction they will dive deeper into the different perspectives: from legal to regulatory, to consumers and retailers.
