During the session in cooperation with SVB, the need arose to further explore the issue of service delivery versus optimization . UMC Utrecht shares its challenges in this Q&A session. How do we make innovations and improvements when the workload remains consistently high? We remain stuck in a circle in which we
know that innovations are important to reduce the workload, on the other hand there is no capacity left because of the increasing workload.
