In the past, the customer, patient, employee, student could experience added value by touching, tasting or viewing the product. Today, added value is often intangible and abstract. Yet there are ways to communicate added value in a crystal clear way, such as Virtual Reality. Using special VR glasses and headphones to create a fully digital world, transporting the user into a virtual world. There is then no overlap with the physical world, allowing users to experience the created digital world as the real world. But how do you apply this to business value? What techniques are there? What are the learnings to arrive at a solution that actually offers added value? During this session, Erasmus MC will share its findings regarding Virtual Reality on a tactical and operational level. Among other things, they use VR to prepare children as well as possible for an operation and reduce any tension beforehand. Sign up through your organization's Community Officer.
