To further professionalize service delivery at a service desk, all kinds of innovative solutions are being devised and implemented to support employees in speaking to and helping customers in a correct and attentive manner. This was also the case at ARAG's service desk, where experiments were conducted with the use of Conversational AI to automatically convert spoken text into readable and understandable text. By deploying ArtificiaI Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Moldes, data is analyzed from audio recordings and processed.

During this session, Nina González del Río -Zonneveld, Project Manager Innovation ARAG Netherlands, shares the results of this pilot. And she is also very curious about how other organizations deal with this technique, or other innovations
