Rob Zondervan is head of Portfolio Management at Rabobank and will explain more about how this is organized at Rabobank as a follow-up to the November 200 session. In particular the challenges regarding decision-making, ad hoc steering, and culture will be discussed, with of course a short recap of the previous session. But issues relating to long-term management will also be addressed, and the participants will be invited to discuss these issues using propositions.
