How nice would it be to have a learning system running within your organization that forms a shell over your current systems and offers context-driven learning facilities to your employees anytime they want?

A topic we will exchange views on during this session. Rabobank takes the role of Host in this. Emiel Stroeve, a colleague from the Learning corner will tell you from Rabobank what their first experiments with Viva Learning yielded, what problems they encountered and what the integration with the existing learning systems (Workday and Percipio) looks like. And above all; what are the first user experiences?

For anyone who has not yet learned about Viva Learning, below is some explanation. Viva Learning from Microsoft is a suite that places a shell over the current learning systems in the organization. This shell immediately reveals the value of Viva Learning, namely that integration of current learning systems, context driven (where the employee is working on, learning resources are provided) works and you don't have to start up another system again for your learnings. So ease of use is increased and the barrier to increase training is lowered.

Of interest to anyone curious from his or her role about what learning should look like in the future and what integration of learning systems could bring. In this session we like to put our legs on the table to exchange experiences, brilliant ideas and lessons learned.
