Some time ago we organized a session together with Leontine Wendt-Slieker from the Police where she shared her story on the subject: Behavioural change: Sustainable & Embedded in your organisation.
This session made a great impression on our members and, partly based on this, there have been requests for a follow-up with more depth and where you can get started yourself.
And there it is!
On Monday, February 23, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Police in Utrecht we will meet together standing in the shoes of the Behavior Changer.
During this meeting we will work on a case study, preferably from your own work environment.
For this session, we're looking for pairs from a single organization to collaborate on behavioral change (e.g., due to new working methods or a reorganization). Preferably, a senior professional (organizational development, coaching, or change) will be paired with a team member. This combination ensures immediate applicability and impact.
