AI is changing the world at a rapid pace. Both people and organizations want to remain in control; that gives us stability, we are used to it, and that is when we function best. Being able to plan and look ahead with the feeling that we know what is coming provides peace of mind. AI is causing unrest for many people and organizations. It is moving fast, sometimes perhaps too fast.

It also creates opportunities and possibilities; we see wonderful optimization successes in processes. But how do we ensure that we, as individuals and as an organization, keep up with knowledge and content? What is needed to keep up? A proactive attitude from individuals and a learning organization are necessary… But how?
