How to get to the top in TOPdesk!

To improve control of IV, Rijkswaterstaat started a few years ago to implement Business Information Management in a different way. The IV operation registers its activities mainly in TOPdesk-IV. A start was therefore made to open up the TOPdesk data to a BI solution SAS VA. Two initiatives to implement this were combined and unlocked this information in a Hackathon of a few days. This was presented to the management of Central Information Provision of RWS and led to the current Dashboard. Currently, in addition to TOPdesk data, HR, financial, security and annual plan information is presented in Dashboards. Work has also been done to change how we within CIV steer the dialogues that take place strategically, tactically and operationally through the use of these Dashboards.

In this presentation, Rijkswaterstaat wants to take us through how this has been handled and developed at the operational level over the past 3 years. But is also definitely interested in how other organizations are working with TOPdesk.
