Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) (part of Digital Risk Assessment) is a process that uses technology and procedures to continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal controls in an organization. This can include monitoring financial transactions, access to sensitive data and compliance with regulations and policies.

The goal of CCM is to identify and address potential control weaknesses in real time, rather than waiting for periodic manual audits or reviews. This can help organizations improve their overall control environment and reduce the risk of errors.

On location we will discuss/discuss this topic with our host Martin de Vries (CISO TU/e) where we will look for:

  • Tools for achieving, setting up and implementing Continuous Control Monitoring
  • Technology that can support CCM so that you know all (as much as possible) control of your security framework (ISO, NIST etc..) automated testing.
