The role of IT in business processes is and will continue to grow. Business (managers and end users) must therefore have increasing dexterity, knowledge and skill to exploit the added value of IT in business processes.

Collaborative Business Service Design (CBSD) is an approach to create an outline service design or service design for IT-intensive business processes in such a way that all relevant stakeholders within the organization are involved and understand what the benefits of the new or changing service are, both output and outcome. For years, Leon-Paul de Rouw has been engaged in developing and applying ideas that support this. In addition to his role at Rijkswaterstaat as CIO advisor, he is also an author on this subject.

On October 14 he will share his experience with CBSD in this knowledge session and he is also very curious about the experience of others! Sign up through your organization's Community Officer or at aanmelden@itcircle-nederland.nl.
